I don’t usually do reviews but I felt in this case that The Bell Inn deserves a fabulous mention. Thanks so much.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the the peas with the childrens’ meals were dry and a bit hard so they didn’t want to eat them.

2nd May 2022 - We popped in for lunch on a busy Saturday. We had a great friendly welcome and staff were attentive even when very busy and we hadn't booked. We enjoyed olives... read more and then fish and chips and a burger. There was a wait but staff had informed us right from the start. It's a lovely pub with great attention to detail such as having blankets for outside tables. We really enjoyed our food and the friendly service . Thank you we will be back

It’s just been refurbished so everything was very clean and smart.
We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent, well cooked and good-sized portions.
There wasn’t a single thing to find fault with, breakfast was lovely with dishes from eggs Benedict and eggs florentine to a full English. Treats were provided for our dog at every meal and there’s even a doggie menu that includes a roast or fish and chips!
Exactly what you’d look for for a couple of nights exploring the Suffolk countryside.

19th October 2022 We have moved to a house 10 minuted away and fancied breakfast. Our house is a project and we have no cooking facilities yet and breakfast was called for.
